Refund policy
At all Queens, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags must be intact and attached.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@allqueens.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item to our return address (support@allqueens.in).
- After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Exchanged product against damaged or incorrect order will be delivered within 7-10 working days of receiving the return
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credit to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
